This is literally my favorite fantasy novel. An amazing take on Atlantis, and magical systems, and in later books, Arthurian mythology. With amazing female characters with real life flaws and problems, in all shades of morality. The writing is lyrical and yet not at all tedious, gorgeous descriptions without being long winded, frankly, I can't even describe how much I love this book, and you should absolutely read it immediately.

I have read this book so many times and love it. Misplaced à copy I had à while ago and just had to get it on my this time to have it forever.
I have already read the entire trilogy through the library but the story and characters are so masterfully drawn that I decided to add them to my Library. I intend to visit this world again and again.
Interesting and it holds your attention.

This is the first novel by Jan Siegel. Grabs me right from the start. Seems to get get clouded with over descriptive terms at times which seems a lil much at times. Characters seem to just pop up out of nowhere without proper introduction of thier origins which takes away from the believability of them. The ending gets exciting. Story is still a recommended read for a fan of fantasy. I will read the next book in this series for sure. I have a feeling the second will be much better.

This was a very good book. I love stories of the past and Atlantis has always fascinated me. I truly enjoyed reading this book.
